i’ve tried - Expo+electron: the electron support is deprecated - react-native-macos/windows: seems like it lags core RN, and i wish it had Expo for distribution, but it’s not clear that works

what is the easiest way to build an app frontend (backend is a web service) that runs native-ish on all these platforms: - iOS - Android - Windows - MacOS - Linux (ideally) - web And how do you handle distribution?
