This list is no good. Every alternative to lightroom I looked up boasted AI use front and center on their homepage.

What are you using it for? (I ask because I use DigiKam and, as far as I know, the only AI is the facial recognition stuff which you can turn off. And I suspect is only similar to the LLMs in broad terms.)

UGH seriously? Granted it's an older list at this point and a lot of companies are still actively throwing their dignity away. :(
