The guy whose Chairman of the Joint Chiefs had to call his counterpart in China and say "I will refuse an order to nuke you." Obliquely. So it was only probably treason. And who had to be talked down from nuking Tehran into assassinating Qasem Soleimani as the "distract the toddler" option.
