But the fact it only takes 4-6 to brew a batch, and its mostly just sitting in a bottle doing its thing for that time means its really easy to manage, then just pasteurise and sweeten to taste. Mne generally come out at around 10-12% ABV so it doesnt take much to have a nice evening drinking
the wife came back from denmark work trip with some mead for me, i got curious, now i make it a gallon at a time haha was also playing the recent Valheim update at the time too so there may have been a theme going on 😆
i know they got funding from a seed round and they doing some stuff with domain names but it doesn't seem all that sustainable to me, they need an easy way for us to chip in! With no adds and no algo, this place is amazing! I see the people i follow and i want to keep that

my latest home brew mead has been bottled, this one is a special gift for friends and family so i got nice bottles and will get some labels made. This ones fortified too!
