I am of the opinion the idea that there's no need to get justice from people who wronged you because the spiritual/moral high ground is "better" was popularized by people really hoping the shit they had done to other people wouldn't come back to haunt them

If I had to sum up the main reason why I've recently been drawn to One Piece, it's this. You have a protagonist, Luffy, who is the silliest fun guy most of the guy, but whenever he detects injustice, he doesn't "take the high ground"; he WILL kick their ass and make things right.

On another note. I used to do BAD shit to people that wronged me. In the end it led me to many years behind bars. I'm over revenge or payback. I got better things to do.

Duh? Lol. But seriously what about the myth of Instant karma? Blah! That's a crazy one there. Ive known many people who did nothing wrong who get royally fucked (go to the children's cancer ward) and peeps who did lots of bad shit who live it large. So... thoughts...
