Popped into a shopping mall and found these two secondhand LPs. Can’t go wrong with Steve Winwood and very happy to get the Thomas Dolby. Both need a clean up but £10 for the two

Unusually for Leyburn both charity shops had records, about 40 or 50 combined. Didn’t take much interest as I don’t buy 2nd hand but saw Human League amongst them.

Mr Dolby makes fine musical noises.

Once spent a Sunday afternoon at a friend's in the 1990s discussing the finer points of the Bass In Higher Love it does have some excellent bass notes
