Anyway the most recent former President of the United States has been found guilty of felonies and now there’s a substantial chance people are going to die because his followers are freaks and the so-called “mainstream” GOP will just shrug and blame woke or something.
Now that he's been convicted of a crime, does the Son of Sam Law come into effect... can he profit from it?
All 34 too. I really did not expect that at all - I really thought he'd skate again.
So, when the SC decides that Trump is immune, do all of these convictions get tossed out?
This is my biggest fear about this. But it still needed to happen, and I hope the rest of his trials go the same way.
1) I think you underestimate the cowardice of the Trump crowd. 2) Let 'em try.
Yes, and GOP leaders are making it more likely. When the Speaker of the House responds to the verdict by once again attacking the legal system and its’s all a corrupt Democratic effort to attack Trump, what do they think will happen? The GOP is doing incalculable damage to the country.
As of today, the F in the designation "TFG" no longer stands for "Former."
I do have some serious concerns about this as well, and thankful I don't have any need to go near a city until August. That doesn't mean we won't have some folks all bent out of shape out here in the rural areas, but less likely to mob up and go full chaos.
Do you know what a typical sentencing for this type of conviction would be? Any predictions on this one?
I hope these won’t be to prophetic words and all goes well 😵💫
