Therapists will try to gently ease you out of irrational fears in a supportive and diplomatic way but a 20-year-old bipolar chick in a biker vest in group therapy will just straight up tell you that you’re full of shit and honestly it’s bracing

This is one of the things I liked about group therapy

I’m a big fan of group therapy for that very reason.

How great a word is "bracing". Crazy that we have a word that means unpleasant in a pleasant way.
