My body was finally listening to what my brain was saying, I didn't have to take a 4 hour break between tasks, I can schedule when to do things and STICK TO THE DAMN SCHEDULE AND I COULD GET THINGS DONE Though its not perfect, i still have days where i think 'i should do it' and 3/?

I get to it about 2 days later, but before, I would think it, and it would sit undone for 2 to 3 WEEKS, NOT DAYS, WEEKS It feels like the medicine dragged my brain and body to couples therapy and they're FINALLY, GENUINELY COMMUNICATING I COULD CRY 4/4
