Back in the day every time I had my path blocked in Oslo I would tweet out a different study to my 70k followers showing private company's e-scooters were actually not reducing emissions at all, which was fun and actually did annoy them quite a lot (had a couple of angry emails from comms ppl lol)

I'm guessing that's because people riding them would've otherwise walked, and/or the vehicles that have to drive around moving and charging them make up for any reductions?
