I don't disagree with you. Was a HT and welcomed the public scrutiny. If there was a fear of criticism, then nobody would work in our schools, let alone choose to lead them. But I think there is need for a wider conversation about how fear of incessant criticism is impacting families and schools.

I'm a bit confused. You seem to be saying there is no fear in the first paragraph but then saying there is a lot of fear in the second paragraph?
