Not quite. I delineated between accepting the fears that public criticism can bring and the incessant criticism that recent times have brought regarding what are essentially societal issues (albeit manifested in schools). Hope that helps with the confusion.
I don't see how you could have public criticism that didn't relate to societal issues?
