Spent the afternoon power washing the patio which is basically the soothing equivalent of an adult coloring book. Still pretty mad.

Cleaning house didn’t help either

I did something similar except it was digging up dirt and weeds. It helped for about a day

I spent the afternoon figuring out when England boned, assuming America was “born” on 7/4/1776. The date I came up with was 10/8/1775.

Worked on my cross-stitch collection of pride flags that I will display prominently in my classroom assuring every student I teach that they are welcome and supported. A slow, calm, creative process that is usually very relaxing. But today, for some reason, working on it made me even angrier.

My Dad used to dig random holes with a shovel when things got really bad. I don’t know how things get better, and sadly you likely know more than most how they can get worse. ☹️

Going to spend the waning evening weeding my garden. Same.

I did the same thing.

Mowing the lawn, for me. Same.
