In my experience when you hit the Trump people in your life with stuff like this they scoff and go "he's not REALLY gonna do that," etc. It's some kind of thing with the "seriously but not literally" and for sure they are willing to see strangers die, they just don't think it'll be all that bad.

I don't have any since 2015... we all have our Purge moment in life and that was it.
