I guess it depends on how you qualify "good public speaking." Sure, he can excite a crowd, but most of what he actually says is nonsense.

He already had 4 years to close the border and drill, and nothing happened, so why would his supporters think it's going to happen if he gets elected again?

I just looked up the Tennessee law and it includes "smokeless nicotine products," which I would assume covers non-tobacco products? Anyhow, in TN, you have to be 21. I'm sure it varies by state.
