Today while performing a power clean, I have done 1000s of these, I was somehow to zero in on the movement and for the first time in my life I could literally feel the mind muscle connection. Idk what was going on but it felt awesome. I was able to lift 10kg more than my usual weight 😬
🎯 I'm pretty concerned these days as coming off too Old Man Yells At Cloud, but the way I see some Zoomers bristle or gasp at the use of real words in real life because they've been trained by social media to regard totally normal adult words as unspeakable irritates the fuck out of me.
First day back at the gym after a 10-day break to let my wrist joints relax. I can't even describe how amazing I feel after a good workout! My mental health and anxiety were all over the place these last 10 days 🙂
