Well, what's the solution then? Go again into Afghanistan, bomb the country for close to twenty years and kill (unknown) millions? How has that American strategy fared for the women there? I am sorry but that matter is simply nothing the USA should ever be allowed to interfere in, again.

Although laws make access to weapons easier, it is primarily the American culture of violence which creates these killings. There are many countries with similar laws and weapons access, but way fewer incidents, or even close to none.
