Like, I don't feel bad for having liked Neil Gaimans work and if I was talking about Sandman I don't think it's REQUIRED for me to disclaimer that he's a bad person and these are his crimes for it to be okay to talk about the comic. As we get into older art/antiquity, this gets even more ridiculous.

Someone was talking, seriously I think, about the Moral Tax on enjoying art from shitty artists. Like, I don't think this is an bad thing to talk about but how exhausting to put yourself through full atonement every time you mention art. Old or new, there's bad people making it.
