arent they already there? to label yourself, you need to go to the pinned post and like the label post you want to have.

you could use 1 account and label the nsfw posts with the shield icon, bluesky has greater control for user to decide what they want to see and what not to see. if you want easier managment for followers, then tag them too. 2 account is hassle.
