I’m coming up on a year since the ending of my last relationship. Crazy to think about, but I was anticipating this milestone for months. Having the hindsight. I can say with certainty that it all happened as it should. Good changes have been made. More to come. I can feel there’s more to be done.

Been reflecting on who I was as a person 5 years ago. I’m a completely different person for the better. My emotional intelligence and empathy has increased dramatically. I projected sooo much insecurity back then. Progress. I can say I haven’t gone backwards in the grand scheme.

My gym numbers have fluctuated this year. But you know what, at least I show up. Barring illness, I am in the gym minimum 4 days a week. Eating mostly clean meals helps as well. I was leaner in 2021, but I wasn’t really happy by limiting myself on the foods I really wanted to eat.
