Anything “created” via an algorithmic AI is not art in any sense. Art, created by a person (even if derivative), includes new thought. AI cannot do so. A “painting in the style of Kincaid of Samwise and Gandalf fucking” doesn’t include that new thought.

AI art is like using tracing paper to copy comic images you love or wish happened. Art cannot be generated from text prompts. It’s got to be dragged from the mind/effort of a human.
