@faineg.bsky.social please help. We have about two dozen manzano chiles that are ripe and getting wrinkly on the plant. What is the best way to preserve them? No, we didn't think this through.

Just wash, cut the tops off, and freeze em’ in plastic bags. Or puree them first in the blender then freeze into ice cubes.
