That sucks, I’m sorry. I’ve massively overdone it so I am also feeling utterly pants today. And it’s hitting like depression, because I’m in that ‘too exhausted to manage cheerfulness’ state.
Yep, this is familiar. I'm lucky I'm one of those people that remembers that I'm only low because I'm exhausted. Sorry you're in the same crappy boat I'm in!
