In life news, it's day 4 of my newly-acquired ADHD meds! ๐ Day 3 wasn't really a time to sit back and enjoy the meds as life happened, but it feels like there's a "cushion" in my brain that keeps me calm, alert and focused. Amazing to first feel like this at 31, but never too late.
