Wait, so you're telling me that if I want to finish work WITHOUT a banging headache, all I have to do is eat regularly, drink enough water, take regular screen breaks, and not clench my jaw for 10 solid hours a day? sounds fake but okay.
Y'all, discoverability is harder than ever. With Twitter all but gone and publishing being --in a mood-- your favorite authors are floundering. We don't know how to reach our fans or find new readers. Telling someone about a book you love is a really big deal. That's the #1 reason people buy books!
The other day I was like “you know something we heard a lot about as kids was acid rain, why don’t we hear about it anymore” TURNS OUT we fixed it???
I am very taken with the idea of a series of unorganised days in which everyone naps and writes as much or as little as they feel like whilst surrounded by snacks and blankets and is very gentle with themselves. January sounds like a perfect time for this. What a way to start/end the year.
😂😭 I'm pretty sure at least one of those things is in plentiful supply!
Oh my GOD we need to make this a thing.
I think we all need more mini writing month in our lives!
It's time, people. We can make "mini writing month" happen!
