So I found a recipe and made up my own version (it called for garlic powder, I used fresh garlic and being italian went a little heavy on it). We are having salmon with my attempt at a lavendar rub tonight. I shall report back.

Gone With The Wind. Sophomore English HS Teacher had us a reading a book for 3 weeks in class. Finished in a week. So she gave me GWTW at 1224 pages figuring that would occupy me. I read 100 pages for 6 days. Then the 7th day, read all day and did 600 pages. Teacher gave up at that point.
Literally never thought of lavendar as a rub. Hmm, need to suggest this to hubby.
