we got our top lugia scientists to research a solution to our lugia deficit and this is what they came back with

an anthropomorphic Lugia with Nova with a stars and space-shuttle motif "Nova exists in the space between spaces, in a reality parallel to our own. Mostly because he's too damn big to fit in the city. Who decided twelve-foot ceilings were enough clearance anyway? Of course, one who can slip between worlds can suck it in and exist in our world for a time, but it would be so much more convenient if society were shaped to allow Pokéfurs to become as big as they please... Until that day though, it's easier for him to host people at his place, befriending those with growth potential and inviting them to stay a while and indulge. The pocket dimension he calls home seems to either be in flux or to intersect with our own reality at different angles, appearing to guests varyingly as a research facility, or an infinite mansion, or a luxurious spacecraft. His Ho-Oh husband doesn't particularly share his mad desire to remake the world, but is glad he's making friends and having hobbies."
