To clarify, I'm NOT saying remakes are inherently bad at all. I'm saying that I don't like the trend of people taking games that have aged perfectly well and going "this sucks it needs a remake" (persona 3 for example)

i want to say p3 and p4 needed remakes less because they were clunky and more because the qol that p5 has (mostly involving speed in menuing and ow movement) caused both games to feel "clunky"

I have noticed a lot of articles lately saying "it's time we had an XYZ remake" not just in games either, movies come up a lot, and sometimes they just don't need it, a remaster maybe but unless there is something absolutely wrong with it, likely it doesn't need to be remade

To be fair, Persona 3 Reload does make the game a lot more enjoyable for a ton of people, I've played ps2 games before but idk why I had trouble getting into P3 FES, while I found reload a lot more fun and I'm waiting to have more free time to play it.
