these days i’m so depressed i can barely get out of bed most days, im just letting myself wither away

I'm sorry that you are feeling so out of it as of late. While an experience I don't think I will ever truly know, to feel out of place or not in sync with yourself is horrid. However, I do hope you still push on knowing these rough moments will not be forever. Fight on and find your best way forward
