I get you. I started seeing a psych nurse practitioner after that and she ended up helping me more because she was able to listen and respond to my problems AND prescribe me medication that actually helped. Therapy does help a lot of people, but in my situation it really didn’t.

That’s about how many appts I had with mine before I quit. I just feel like doing breathing exercises, journaling, etc., are things that could be looked up online? Idk maybe it works for some people but my problems are deeper than just swearing off caffeine lmao
