Yup! It very much did. I think people are very weird about this in that they want to create another echo chamber when there already is one and their only real arguments for why not it are "it feels better here". My general reasoning for why it feels better here is because that echo chamber is not

already formed. Also, the interface sucks less because the developers... kind of actually care about people's real problems and criticisms of the platform and want to provide a system which works reasonably well for everybody, at least long-term?
