I'm not expecting everyone to adhere to my own weird semantics, but those aren't hypercars. They might not even be supercars!, but rather their own thing: GT1 Road Cars, or roadgoing race cars, or homologation specials

more credence to those GT1 cars being their own unique thing is that they were so uniquely flawed. They are some my favorites of all time, but they are terrible as road cars, and probably not even as quick as a contemporary supercar on any real spirited road. The only thing "hyper" is price/scarcity
