I still have a lot of ghost and Trinidad scorpion peppers. I just can't use them all so I'm gonna dry them out and make some crushed pepper flakes. They will be hotter, but should be fine. I used to get smoked ghost pepper flakes at Trader Joes, but they haven't had them in a couple years sadly.

They always discontinue the food items that deserve to stick around.😔
