Mechanically, both are very rules-lite (Dark slightly more so) and highly narrative focused. They emphasize themes and motifs; each adventure (called an "incursion") has a central theme that is repeated throughout, such as "harvest," "dreams," "insects," etc
Oh, sure! Trophy (trophyrpg.com) is a dark fantasy play-to-lose horror game about Treasure Hunters entering a cursed forest that does not want them there. Trophy Dark is the one-shot oriented version while Trophy Gold is the campaign-oriented version
