A lot of Melatonin. 🙄 I don't have a choice, I have to have some treatment otherwise I'd be incapacitated. But at the moment I feel like I'm juggling the pred, Celebrex & pain meds with no guidance. Well, no, GP guides me on pain meds. But I want to be better than this! I went med free once.

No Remission for Me – At Least Not This Time

Back to medication for me. I hoped, I gave it my best shot, but it was not to be.

We are completely different although have the same disease. I would never suggest you go med free. But yes, you need better understanding.
