What's worse than drudgingly boring physical therapy? Drudgingly boring PT by yourself b/c insurance won't approve PT I'm trying to push through to try to regain some mobility, but sitting here trying to "draw the alphabet with my toes" when it takes complete focus is so....🤬🤬🤬. #disabilty
