Losing JSRF is the biggest blow to me and I hope we get a remaster soon. I'm also bummed about Dead or Alive Xtreme Beach Vollyball. That game was legit fun. Thankfully Silent Hill and Fatal Frame are on PS2 and I will hopefully make enough to cover costs of replacements
White is one of my favorite horror movies. It dives into the internal and behind-the-scenes pettiness of K-Pop while also telling a great ghost story
My Silent Hill hot take is that I have yet to play a "bad" Silent Hill (Have yet to play Downpour or Book of Memories) and also, Silent Hill Origins is actually a banger
Although it ran a little long and the ending felt like a last minute tack on, Studio 666 was surprisingly solid. A well told and well rounded horror story that seemingly perfectly balanced its horror and comedy.
As Above So Below asks the question "what if National Treasure was a found footage horror film?" and the answer is it makes for a pretty stupid and boring movie.
I genuinely had no idea Carmilla was a vampire movie until I looked it up after watching and found out it was based on the vampire novella of the same name, which is probably not a great sign. I'm conflicted overall on the movie, mostly on how it wraps.
Ouija: Origin of Evil is a pretty middle of the road Mike Flanagan production. A solid movie that's worth a watch but doesn't really do anything special to be memorable.
Grave Encounters wants to both spoof ghost hunter shows while also trying to be serious and legit and it results in something that gets old before the first haunt even begins
