same here. I’m a bilingual german-russian having much more practice in german writing and I’m also struggling with Д. so I decided to write it just like a triangle. and many people do write Д as a triangle, when there writing fast (not the прописи-way)

this is soooooo cute

e is pronounced like “a” (like in the english article or “apple”) in beginning of word or after a vocal “e” is pronounced like “ye” э is always pronounced like the german ä. or imagine stretching your tongue out and saying a long “a” (the english article). that’s it.
