i will only accept this if nasa gets 10x the funding it currently has it's insane that one billionaire who has 1/3rd the money that the US military spends yearly can do so much more than nasa at expanding spaceflight capabilities

Annual 1% tax on net assets over $10m. 2% on assets over $100m. 4% on assets over $1b. 8% on assets over $10b. 16% on assets over $100b. Etc. as needed.
