It super important to note that Bluesky is very much not twitter. It's similar yes, but also not. There is no algorithm, so no trending hashtags and those all caps phrases are useless here. And the culture here is to block bad takes and people you don't get along with, not spread the negativity.

Feeds are great. I spend most of my time in my following feed because it's busy enough, but when I want something different I'll go to the cooking feed or the bird feed, or science, etc. In other words, don't be afraid to branch out and see things. It won't mess up your TL.

Please please just block and go forward. I so hope we never get trending here, too. UGH.
