lostwave as a concept kinda fucks me up because I never really stopped to consider the fact that there's so much music in the world, some of it is bound to slip the the cracks of the general public's awareness
like, i don't think i'm incorrect in assuming that the third rule applies to my creations? i'm kind of too afraid to ask at this point because they already derided me for asking about android support after they killed the original co-op branch
it kinda sucks that i can't post any of my character skins to the sm64 co-op dx site since they don't allow skin mods.. i'm an artist and not a coder so it's a bit unfair that they didn't consider just adding a dedicated section for skins
honestly, I'm surprised how decent the sprites look with these colors. was originally gonna change the palette to the sonic 2 one, but I kept the original because of that
since my domain is tied to a specific set of nameservers, I had to upload a .txt file (minus .txt at the end) in a certain folder on thr web server. i don't remember exactly where, but bsky tells you what to put in the txt file and where to put it in order to verify the domain namd
this is real btw, i cant continue working on it though unfortunately because the game has anti tampering features and i suck at ASM hacking :[
theres a special place in hell for ppl who upload video game ost's that either cut off early or have 30 seconds of dead air at the end
i think this might be my favorite era of game OSTs (later 8-bit into 16-bit era) because it's when people started composing rather intricate pieces to but put into games, rather than just making a simple tune for the utilitarian purpose of the game "having sound"
