Hey all; I joined too many socials and some of them I've come to slightly dread trying to post to--so I'm cutting down the number I'm active on! I will only be active on Tumblr and Gamejolt from now on--links to those are in my linktree in my bio and here: linktr.ee/kurogalaxy14
I'm having so much fun with it and it's so different for the character than the usual edgy assassin poses I draw him in!
He stood, turning on his heel and scooping up the red-scaled drake behind him in a fluid motion. Hanging his things around his waist, he leapt upwards, soon no more than a multicolored dot in the sky. 🧵(6/6)
He would sooner have died with his people. A low growl of frustration escaped his throat as he scanned the cliff face--where were they? ...Perhaps it was best not to wait for them to show up. Climbing would be a slow and difficult process, now was the time to gain distance. 🧵(5/6)
"Be ready." He informed the drake in its own language, leaning down to peer over the edge of the cliff--perhaps their pursuers were attempting a climb. The act would be futile, of course, but they seemed like a persistent bunch. Hibana did not intend to be taken by a net surprise. 🧵 (4/6)
The forest below sprawled over the valley, stretching up the base of the mountain. No signs of smoke greeted his elven eyes, but Hibana knew that did not mean he had lost the band of raiders that had been pursuing him and Pyrr. 🧵(3/6)
Hibana waved Pyrr back from the edge, the little drake stretching his limbs as his eyes adjusted to wakefulness. The elf readied his wings for flight, peering out over the edge to assess their surroundings. 🧵(2/6)
The best bet to evade their pursuers was to keep running. To this end, the pair rose early in the morning, crawling out of their temporary shelter to the edge of the cliff face that they rested on. 🧵 (1/6)
