In regards to me, I'm was referring to the simple act of saying HI. As for Dragon ball I get Roshi being pervy and would not be appropriate in IRL. But I don't see it as any worse then the pervyness level of most media. Blanche from Golden Girls for example. Point is we also have a low bar as well

If you understand that what Roshi is doing is pervy and unambiguously wrong, then why are you bringing up your weird high school hangups (no judging, we all had weird high school hangups) as if it has any bearing on the conversation whatsoever?
