I heard earlier that if our kids aren't doing the things we did at their age, it's because we've been healing generational trauma and they no longer have to be as self-sufficient at an early age as we did. So, why do I still feel like I'm failing to make sure my kids can do those things?
I used to take three different medicines for my back, but my VA doctor cut me off of them in 2019. Iāve managed okay without them for the most part, I mostly just use naproxen, but I really do miss the muscle relaxer.
