in the scope of instagram/tiktok/etc... I think airdrop is likely sufficient. MKBHD posted mentioning that he switched his iPhone-shot car videos from ProRes to HEVC and nobody noticed so I find it hard to believe many creators would get benefit out of that codec (unless they're doing compositing 🤷‍♂️)
