During my 1 semester as a theater major, I had a class called Body Movement 🙄 any time the teacher talked about activating your core, hips, and glutes all at once she’d be like “OOOO IT’S JUICY! It’s like BABIES & EATING!” 🤔 Anyway, that’s all I hear now when I deadlift 🤷🏻♂️
