2/If there's a blindspot in science, it's the refusal to acknowledge there may be things that exist outside the realm of the physical - the spirit/soul, if you will. 3/The fingerprints of some type of design are present nearly everywhere you look. Religion is an attempt - however crude - to explain why that should be. The beauty tho is that we'll never figure it out unless and until we can see outside of the physical, and by definition, we never will.
