I really enjoyed reading this extremely well-written and provocative piece on #interoception If I understood correctly, in contrast to most exteroception, interoception is slower, coarser, more compressed, and more integrated. Interested what the authors think about graviception as interoception

Thanks for the repost! We focused on vision because it’s optimally different in many regards but I’d push back on “most exteroception.” I see the sensory systems as more dimensional. Intero is similar to gustation and olfaction in many ways!
