The issue is limited airspace. A small helicopter helping two people is great. What isn't as great is when it's interfering with a large helicopter trying to help 50 people. He didn't clear his flights or flight path with anyone doing disaster relief.
Well his lack of coordinating with anyone is the reason he was told to stop and threatened with arrest if he didn't. Then he made a stink about the air being "mysteriously" restricted after his stunt. He's a fucking glory hound looking for publicity and public acclaim.
