Same here, then I found the move to Neofollin tricky - would have been better if I did it every 4-5 days instead of weekly but I found 2ml weekly worked ok but meant levels REALLY high for 2 days then dropping to a low. The EEn feels way more even and even leaving it 8-9 days mostly feels fine

Haha yeah I've always been on high dosages. Don't know if that was the best thing but it worked for me...

I used to take 2 ampules of Neofollin a week, 2ml with 10mg. Now it's more like 0,2ml which is 8mg and from that I get higher and more sustained E2 levels.

I find enanthate gives you stabler and longer-lasting E levels. Valerate was a bit of a rollercoaster for me. Plus being in a vial rather than ampules like the Neofollin means the dosage is more adjustable, which I like, plus less volume from higher concentration.

(Especially need to try to use less given how quickly I drained that last vial 😬)
